This Ford Dealership was a compilation of several additions built from the 1950s forward. Its history is a family owned dealership added onto in a need based, haphazard plan. Now the current generation of ownership sees the need to create a new image while reorganizing the functions of the facility. This project consists of demolishing the existing showroom, adding a new showroom of 3200 square feet and renovating the existing office areas.
Part of this facility services commercial truck sales. A new commercial truck sales offices and write up areas were added while also developing new training rooms, tech lounge and rest rooms.
